  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive a confirmation message/email once your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time:

  • Within Tamil Nadu: 2–4 business days

  • Other States in India: 3–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: May take 5–10 business days

Delivery time may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

  • We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or above a certain order value.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via:

  • Email

  • WhatsApp (if applicable)

You can track your order using the provided tracking ID.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner will attempt delivery 2–3 times.

  • If the package is undelivered due to incorrect address or unavailable recipient, it may be returned to us.

  • Wrong product

  • Missing items

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue

We will review and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Currently, we ship only within India.
